Rose is a seasoned Innovative Management Leader with over 25 years of extensive Travel Industry experience in Vendor Relationship Management working on complex negotiations with the Aviation & Hospitality sectors, Global Travel Management Program, Procurement & Strategic Sourcing, Meeting & Event Management, Affiliate Member & Client Partnership Engagement, Sales & Account Management and Operations background.  She is recognized for her excellent negotiating skills, product development, client relations, and financial management with a reputation for strong leadership and relationship building used to produce outstanding margins while consistently exceeding client and stakeholder goals and expectations.

A dedicated professional with a positive attitude and a highly accomplished performance-driven Vice President for BCD Travel, (a Global Travel Management company) with a history of success aligning operational initiatives with the company objectives in a fast paced and high growth environment by  establishing programs that increase revenue, streamline processes and improve client satisfaction. 

Rose’s broad experience working for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Marriott Hotels, American Airlines, Carlson Wagonlit Travel and BCD Travel were instrumental in developing strong global partnerships worldwide with clients, key suppliers and strategic partners with a solid record of achieving and exceeding budget & revenue goals.
