He embodies adaptability and innovation, having held pivotal roles such as Group Director of Human Resources at COMO Hotels and Resorts, Area Director of Human Capital and Development at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, and Group Director of Human Resources and Training at Six Senses Resorts and Spas. Previously the Group CHRO at a SaaS start-up, he championed the convergence of talent, strategy, and culture. Currently serving as CEO of KJ Kominski and Associates, Kenn's journey paints a vivid picture of transformative leadership
