About Julia

Her career in Event Planning, Meetings, Conference and Incentive Travel Industry has been stellar.  She has parlayed her broad range of expertise into a successful, multifaceted career as performance motivation professional, international event creator/producer, luxury Hotel enthusiast, cruise specialist and certified professional and personal development coach/facilitator. A world traveler, Julia has executed events, meetings and conferences on a global level.

Entrepreneurial leader with laser focus on driving results for her clients. Demonstrated ability to strategize and orchestrate corporate travel events geared toward professional development and revenue enhancement, all powered by 20+ years management experience. A strategic thinker, with a collaborative mindset, in constant pursuit of new techniques to fuel human performance. Brings a mix of subject matter expertise, financial focus and relentless curiosity to each opportunity.   Julia holds a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Administration from Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto, Ontario.
Julia is an active member of the Society of Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), The Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) and Meeting Professionals International (MPI). She is also Certified in Virtual/online meetings and events.
