About Darrelle

Darrelle Johnson is an empowering HR Executive with a 20-year track record of success in live entertainment, gourmet airline catering, and luxury hotels.

 

Throughout her career, she has successfully championed large-scale luxury and full-service hotel conversions, airline catering acquisition, HRIS strategy, and implementations, and devised sizeable cultural Human Resource transformations in major cities throughout the US.

 

While she excels at the strategic aspects of her career, what she enjoys the most about being a People & Culture Leader is the opportunity to connect with team members at all levels of the organization in union and non-union environments. She goes to extraordinary lengths to develop personal connections with everyone from the C-suite to the front-line teams. She takes pride in aligning these stakeholders to achieve company objectives. She is financially and business savvy and particularly adept in helping companies with pre-opening, mergers & acquisitions, and transforming HR processes that positively impact the bottom line.

 

Darrelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and is recognized by the Society of Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional.

Overview of Services

STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCES LEADERSHIP:​

  • Review HR workflow systems and develop solutions for streamlining.

  • Evaluate and align HR functions with the organization’s long-term objectives.

  • Develop solutions in compliance, structure/process, technology, and strategy throughout the employment life cycle.

 

HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM/HCM:​

  • Client-Side Project Management of end-to-end HRIS/HCM implementation (i.e. UKG PRO, Ceridian Dayforce)

TALENT ACQUISITION & TALENT MANAGEMENT:​

  • Human Resources Professionals Training (HR 101)

  • Onboarding and Orientation Development

  • Develop and operationalize recruitment strategies that drive efficiency.

CULTURAL TRANSFORMATION:

  • Vision, Culture Creation, and Deployment

  • Development of People Plan to drive Employee Engagement and Productivity
