About Alexandra
Alexandra is a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, Transformation, Mindfulness & Executive coach. Alexandra’s mission and passion is to teach people practical tools that will help them grow from a space of stagnation and being overwhelmed to one of peace and purpose. She also acts as a liaison between management and employees to help navigate critical changes that impact the entire organization.
For the past 23 years, Alexandra worked as a Corporate Director of Culture Transformation for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, the world renowed, iconic hospitality brand. Alexandra, provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, and delivered keynote presentations to over 10,000 leaders globally. She also held positions in Corporate Learning & Development, Performance Development and Quality Management; where she played an active role in the company achieving The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 1999.
Alexandra is a Certified Hospitality Trainer by The American Lodging and Educational Institute, Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist by The Corporate Health & Wellness Association (CHWA), Targeted Selection Master Trainer by DDI, Franklin Covey Certified Facilitator and a Pranic Healer Level 1 practitioner. Alexandra has also completed an Executive Leadership Development Program from Florida International University. She has also contributed to The New Gold Standard book by Dr. Joseph Michelli, Future Healthcare Today digital publication and Corporate Wellness Magazine.
Alexandra is a former power-lifting champion, enjoys outdoor sports, Vedic and mindfulness meditation and contributes every month to the rescue of abandoned animals.
