About Donna
Donna has more than 30 years of experience in various fields with an emphasis in the global IT-Technology and Telecommunications area. During her IT Project management field of work, she honed her skills in various technologies and earned the reputation of successfully delivering key projects at an enterprise level between $6M and $10M.
An accomplished IT Project Manager, she demonstrates strong skills in time management, communication, working with diverse team members, and being an excellent conduit between the client and the project team. And, as such she has been recognized for her ability to deliver business-critical, time-sensitive projects such as the PeopleSoft HCM project at APS.
She is well-rounded and strong in the finance disciplines of budgeting, forecasting, resourcing, and cost analysis and which are strongly complemented by her soft skills of relationship building with the teams she leads assuring high levels of collaboration toward successful timely project outcomes. An invaluable strength of hers is her ability to distill the clients' needs, chart a successful project course and deliver projects in challenging environments.
She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Aurora- USA.
