As founder and principal of The Adinek Group, a firm that specializes in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies, Kenida is able to bring her passion to fruition. Based in Las Vegas, The Adinek Group, partners with companies to provide a range of custom talent solutions, from recruiting professional talent to diversity sourcing. The firm particularly focuses on recruiting top talent and developing talent acquisition strategies to expand diversity in leadership roles and board positions.
Before launching The Adinek Group in 2020, Kenida served in various capacities in professional consulting services, finance, hospitality and entertainment, including positions at Accenture, M&I Bank, PNC Financial Services, and MGM Resorts International.
After more than 15 years of building and cultivating relationships as a leader in the talent acquisition and space, Kenida branched out on her own to form The Adinek Group.
Beyond business, Kenida likes to participate in civic and community organizations that solicit change and better living for everybody, and currently serves as executive sponsor of the Fannie Lou Hammer Program on the National Board for American Association of People Disabilities. She also serves as an advisor for the internship program in Washington, DC.
Kenida holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing and merchandising from Ball State University and an MBA from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration
